Job Description

β€’ Manage product roadmaps for existing features
β€’ Work at a rapid pace and facilitate an environment where others are passionate about helping to deliver on your vision.
β€’ Define implementation strategy for product enhancements, new options and fixes
β€’ Own program priority list – define, align on priorities and hold program owners accountable through appropriate review process
β€’ Act as a single point of contact for product quality improvements and all mandatory compliance, including customer driven ones
β€’ Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
β€’ Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
β€’ Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
β€’ Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans
β€’ Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessaryΒ 
β€’ Ability to work remotely from a remote locationΒ 
β€’ Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
β€’ Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.
β€’ Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
β€’ Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.
β€’ Oversees manufacturing, purchasing, and sales departments, ensuring each is reaching goals set by departmental and company leadership.
β€’ Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts budgets and cost of sales in each division to achieve financial objectives.
β€’ Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to managers; for major changes, meets with entire operations staff to explain changes, answer questions, and maintain morale.
β€’ Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
β€’ Leads coordination and integration of efforts among operations, engineering, technology, and customer service divisions to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
β€’ Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
β€’ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

β€’ Minimum Education: BS in engineering disciplines, MBA/MS a plus
β€’ Minimum Experience: 2+ Years applicable experience
β€’ Previous experience in a software company will be preferred
