The Role
Weβre looking for a collaborative, team-focused, experienced Electronic Trading Squad Lead/ Director of Product Management with phenomenal interpersonal skills and experience with deep analytical focus to design and manage electronic trading products such as agency trading algorithms, smart order routing , crossing engine and analytical tools and can work across business and technology departments and teams to build and manage a next-generation low-latency trading platform to provide the best execution quality to our Retail and Institutional clients. Β This role has the unique opportunity to lead squad to help design and deliver trading platform capabilities and solutions.Β
The Electronic Trading Squad Lead/ Director of Product Management will ensure alignment on the 'what' and 'when' work is to be performed through ongoing planning and management of a roadmap that serves Fidelity Digital Assets Product and other teams. You partner with other Squad Leads to provide overview of the Electronic Trading platform design and reconcile dependencies across the organization.Β You manage delivery teams, in an agile structure, to deliver trading solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness against defined trading product objectives and the Fidelity Digital Assets mission.Β You engage with various squads to share their input, deliver on sprint commitments, continuously improve, innovate, experiment, learn and celebrate success. You help test and back-test trading strategies and drive innovation and consistency across Trading Products. You are committed to developing others and yourself to ensure the latest thinking and knowledge is integrated into the culture of the squad.

The base salary range for this position is $103,000-$218,000 per year. ΒPlacement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidateβs relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation. Β Β
