Job Description:

The RoleΒ 

Be a part of aΒ team that is responsible for building the foundational layer of trust for Fidelity’s digital properties. This is a key leadership role in the newly formed Identity group. We are looking for a leader who will help drive forward the mission of enhancing Fidelity’s baseline security by ensuring all customers are validated and verified throughout their relationship to protect their assets. This role will play a critical part in scaling our capabilities for customer identity creation and assurance. Β 

As a Squad Leader, you will partner with Chapter Leaders to deliver enterprise experiences and capabilities in alignment with theΒ Identity teams’ objectives. You will lead a scrum team to execute and maintain features and experiences as part of a group as part of an integrated roadmap that support the identity lifecycle of our customers.Β The ability to interface with engineering and product leadership, architecture and key stakeholders across Fraud, Legal, Risk and Compliance is key. The role reports to the Group Squad Leader (GSL), Identity.Β Β 

The Expertise and Skills You BringΒ 

We are looking for a seasoned product management leader with 7+ years of experience delivering technology solutions and 3+ years of product management or related experience. Proven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead projects with emerging technology and products in the early strategy and design stage is a must. Β 

Given the critical nature and high sensitivity of this work, integrity and accountability are crucial. Demonstrated understanding of security best practices and industry standards will be beneficial.Β An aptitude for understanding those standards and the curiosity to continually learn is essential. Β 

Technical Experience/SkillsΒ 

  • Experience supporting high-volume, mission-critical applicationsΒ 
  • Developing and managing API roadmaps and capabilities that are easily understood and adopted by other consuming applications across an enterprise

Product Leader Experience/SkillsΒ 

  • Capable of leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a track record of building high performing teamsΒ 
  • Customer focused approach to understanding customer needs, translate strategic objectives into action, making decisions, and prioritize to improve value deliveredΒ 
  • Ability to break requirements into clear and concise agile tasks with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria and optimally communicateΒ 
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships as you work closely across Fidelity to deliver business outcomes and seek out the expertise of colleagues to advise on your approachΒ 
  • Intellectually curious and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coachingΒ
