In this Senior Principal Technical Program Management role, you will be working across a multi-functional team that understands our business and its objectives, to lead us through planning and designing technical solutions to solve the businessβs problems in a very agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. The position relies heavily on influence rather than authority to drive projects.
You will define project scopes, plan and direct schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.Β
You will monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. You will assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.Β
You will collaborate closely with our partners in program and product management to understand our customers and build the right solutions and products that makes their needs and businesses complete.
You should possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and notable experience collaborating in hybrid teams. You are a self-starter technical leader with a shown ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new projects.Β

Qualifications:Β
- Experience as hands-on technical project / program manager; preferably in a related industry.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience (MS Preferred)
- Must currently have a Top Secret Federal Security clearance appropriate for the job, which requires US Citizenship
- Strong written and verbal communication; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at different levels in the org, engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Dedicated problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment
