Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new product development, and a proven track record of success in driving product growth and market share. Education:ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in technical, business, or marketing field (or equivalent work experience)

Experience:ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 

  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience within manufacturing industry, audiovisual market experience a plus
  • Proven track record of success across entire product lifecycle, including: launching new products from concept to market, driving growth and optimization of existing product lines, and collaborating with marketing teams to develop and execute effective product marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy through market analysis, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making

Required Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple initiatives
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with product management tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain logistics, and cost analysis
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels within organization, customers, and suppliers
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word), ERP systems, and project management software

ESSENTIAL RESULTS:

  • Define and drive product strategy, aligning with company goals and market needs
  • Conduct market research, analyze customer and sales insights, and benchmark against competitors
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to maintain competitive product portfolio
  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept to commercialization
  • Partner with sales and marketing to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing communications to create product, marketing, and sales collateral
  • Optimize product pricing, positioning, and messaging to drive adoption, revenue, and profitability
  • Manage product roadmap, ensuring timely execution of key initiatives, launches, and lifecycle management
  • Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and implement continuous improvements
  • Lead product maintenance efforts, including corrective and preventive actions, dispositions, and obsolescence planning
  • Serve as subject matter expert, providing training and technical support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Travel up to 25%, as needed, to assist in customer presentations, gather industry information, support product launches, work tradeshows, etc.
  • Perform other duties as required

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time (constant computer-based work)
  • Must be able to enter a plant/warehouse (can range in temperature, humidity and dust levels)
  • Must be able to wear required safety equipment
  • Occasional bending (at knees) or lifting boxes/packages 2-30 lbs.

Salary: Starting Salary Range $100,000/year.
