BASIC FUNCTION:
The Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting GO-SEMIβs business development initiatives, providing essential administrative and program management support to the industry facing team. Reporting to the VP, of Supply Chain Strategy & Development, this role will manage incentive programs, oversee federal grant administration, track industry KPIβs, and ensure seamless coordination of economic development initiatives. Additionally, they will be responsible for the administration of the federally funded Semiconductor Growth and Attraction Program (SGAP) and developing key executive-level reports, including Green CHIPS compliance tracking. The Program Manager will serve as a critical link between GO-SEMIβs strategic initiatives and operational execution, ensuring alignment with New Yorkβs broader semiconductor development goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education Level Required: Bachelorβs degree in public administration, business or economic development. AssociateβsΒ degree with 7 years, direct relevant experience may substitute.
Relevant Experience required: A minimum of five (5) years of experience in program administration, economic development, or business process management. Experience in managing incentive programs, grant administration or economic development projects.
Knowledge Required: Strong analytical and data management skills, with expertise in performance tracking and reporting. Knowledge of economic development and compliance frameworks.
