Product Engineer/Technical Product Manager 

LSPedia, a leader in traceability and compliance solutions, is looking for a dynamic Product Engineer/Technical Product Manager to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities: 

• Innovative Design: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into cutting-edge product prototypes.
• Market Insights: Conduct research and analysis to stay ahead of market trends and deeply understand customer needs.
• Technical Leadership: Guide development teams with clear product requirements and ensure successful implementation of new features.
• Continuous Improvement: Test, troubleshoot, and refine prototypes, implementing design changes based on real-world feedback.
• Support & Documentation: Provide technical support to operations, sales, and marketing teams, creating top-notch documentation and delivering product training.

About You: 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Engineering Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Design Savvy: Strong knowledge of product design principles and methodologies, as well as requirements gathering and documentation.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Tech Communicator: Ability to articulate technical requirements clearly and effectively to diverse teams.
• Innovative Thinker: A fast learner who thrives on solving complex problems with a proactive, accountable work ethic.

Preferred Requirements: 

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in product engineering.
• ERP, Data Exchange, and EDI background
• Customer-Centric: A self-starter focused on delivering high-quality work that enhances both customer and organizational success.
• Market-Oriented: Experience in conducting market research and understanding customer needs.
