The qualified candidate would be part of our fast-moving HP Software & Services Product Marketing team working closely with our product management, worldwide marketing, agencies, insights and content teams.β―Β
As Technical Marketing Manager, you will translate technical concepts and product capabilities into compelling marketing messages, enabling our customers to understand the value of our software and services. Your educational and persuasive content will include white papers, blogs, solution demonstrations, and sales enablement resources such as competitive comparisons.Β
Weβre looking for an energetic, motivated self-starter who has a passion for technology and can translate the technical capabilities of a software solution into exceptional resources across the buying journey. This position requires a combination of strong technical and marketing skills, project/program management, a passion for learning the competitive landscape, and a deep understanding of IT buyer personas.Β Β
This role reports to the Head of Digital Services Portfolio Marketing and will focus on the HP Workforce Experience Platform.Β

ResponsibilitiesΒ
Define, prioritize, and continuously improve the technical marketing content roadmap based on strategic product direction, market and sales team feedback, and competitive landscape.Β
Collaborate with subject matter experts to distil complex technical information into clear, concise and engaging messaging for various audiencesΒ Β
Create and edit technical content, including whitepapers, blog posts, presentations, sales enablement resources, and webinars, to effectively communicate the features, advantages and differentiators of our productsΒ Β
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to inform product messaging and content such as competitive battlecards for salesΒ
Drive awareness and use of your content through blogs, social, newsletters, training events, webinars and other channelsΒ Β
Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators related to technical marketing initiativesΒ
Align with your peers on best practices and a consistent approach to competitive marketing across the companyΒ
Education & Experience Recommended
7+ years in B2B marketing, ideally at a service, consulting, or software companyΒ
Strong project management skills and high attention to detail and quality deliverablesΒ
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience.Β
