Key Role:
Provide program support for a government client. Drive Agile transformation for an internal lab that supports various products of the Asset Management solution. Develop product backlogs, plan sprint cycles, run agile processes, maintain schedule and scope, elevate risk, and maintain quality delivery of capabilities, services, and deliverables associated with Asset Management, including Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Vulnerability Management. Work with supporting teams, including other product owners, architects, engineers, data integration, procurements, and quality assurance to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services throughout the period of performance. Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders on product statuses, working sessions, technical exchange meetings, and milestone reviews. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
3+ years of experience with data analysis to identify trends, develop data reports, and identify gaps in functionality
2+ years of experience in cybersecurity technologies
2+ years of experience defining and creating enhancement requests, user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlog, including organization-specific requirements
Experience with agile methodology and can lead and coach a team to adopt it
Experience using Jira and JQL to manage software and product development
Experience interfacing with clients and leadership to explain issues and develop action plans to address
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Intune, ForeScout, Cisco ISE, Splunk, BigFix, Tenable Nessus, and Elasticsearch
Knowledge of Python and query languages
Ability to envision a big-picture vision at an enterprise level and the drive to make that vision a reality
Agile Certification
Security+ or CISS Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
