  • As a Technology Product Manager you will define the strategy, roadmap, and features for a product based on customer needs. By analysing the market and competition you will craft a product vision that delivers unique value to customers and the business. You will provide the expertise needed to lead and make strategic product decisions β€” aligning engineering, marketing, sales, and support around this important work.Β 

  • You will need to create strong cohesion amongstβ€―cross-functional teams to communicate a clear vision and strategy of the Product and bridge any gaps between Business, Account and Technology teams over the product journey through its Life Cycle.Β

    Core Responsibilities:Β 

    • Take the overall responsibility for the success of the IFM product suiteΒ 

    • Contribute towards product strategy and vision in line with the business's goalsΒ 

    • Research competitors and similar products, and analyze market trendsΒ 

    • Collect and analyze user feedback to identify product requirements and priorities and steer the development processΒ 

    • Report on product performance and user feedback and implement any necessary changesΒ 

    • Create timelines and roadmaps for developing the productΒ 

    • Host product strategy sessions with key business stakeholders to align with company goals and objectivesΒ 

    • Meet regularly with all stakeholders, including product designers, developers and analysts, as well as marketing, sales, customer service, finance and company heads to keep progress on trackΒ 

    • Gather and evaluate ideas and opinions from users to work out the most valuable features to include in your productΒ 

    • Ensure product developers have the resources they need to keep the product on schedule and within budget (including partnership with FP&A, HR etc.)Β 

    • Anticipate and solve any problems that arise during the product creation or developmentΒ 

    • Manage one or more project budgetsΒ 

    • Plan new features and changes to a product taking into account a range of factors such as risks and opportunitiesΒ 

    • Demonstrate new ideas and features to stakeholdersΒ 

    • Hold and chair Vendor Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to evaluate overall product health and go-forward strategyΒ 

    • Attend conferences and events related to a product or sectorΒ 

    • Implement or support product launch marketing campaignsΒ 

    • Create and oversee development and project management processesΒ 

    • Inspire and enthuse colleagues and users of the product.Β

    Internal Responsibilities (specific to the role):Β 

    • Act as a Product SME when it comes to sales pursuits, opportunities and Client meetingsΒ 

    • Establish a core set of KPIs for all teams to assess the operational effectiveness of the ProductΒ 

    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in respective tools and technologies, and evaluate their potential to improve our technology capabilitiesΒ 

    • Maintain product data around key features, contact points and events in the internal C&W product information repositoryΒ 

    • Lead and manage a Product Team and providing guidance, direction, and support in their day-to-day activities.Β 

    • Assist Vice President of GOS Technology in product contract managementΒ 

    • Lead the technology change management process for releases and enhancements to determine and execute operational and technology roadmaps to support effective Product Life CycleΒ 

    • Support change management efforts, effectively managing transitions and keeping the team aligned with the company's vision and strategic goalsΒ 

    Qualifications:Β 

    • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)Β 

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing ManagerΒ 

    • Demonstrated success in defining and launching Tier-1 productsΒ 

    • Certified Product Manager (CPM) or New Product Development (NPD) Professional Certification a plusΒ 

    • Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology and/or workflow management toolsΒ 

    • Familiarity with Agile work management and/or the ability to effectively communicate complex processes within and across teamsΒ 

    • Product innovation and development track recordΒ 

    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityΒ 

    • Must be able to travel 10% of the timeΒ 

    • Strong Knowledge of CMMS, Digital Building, and Work Order Solutions

    • Deep Understanding of Facility Management and Commercial Real Estate Industry

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $136,000.00 - $160,000.00
