The Transformation Leader will be responsible for:β€―β€―Β 

  • Driving the coalition towards their shared vision through leading the standup, activation, and ongoing alignment and execution of the strategic priorities.β€―β€―Β 
  • Partnering with Executive Stakeholders in driving business value within the strategic priorities identified by the coalition and the Operating Companies.β€―Β 
  • Driving coordination across the coalition and the organization to ensure the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time.β€―β€―Β 
  • Driving central Transformation Management capability standards within the Coalition.β€―β€―Β 
  • Managing a backlog of business problems/needs, ensuring they are efficiently addressed and resolved in a timely manner.β€―β€―Β 
  • Developing insightful artifacts based on data analysis that can assist in strategic decision-making and planning.β€―Β 
  • Collaborating with BI teams to provide relevant analytics, insights, and data to support decision-making processes within the coalition.β€―β€―Β 
  • Interacting regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and support offered.β€―Β 
  • Being a point of escalation for challenges within coalition initiatives.

Supervisory or Management Responsibility:

Responsible for managing and supporting the Talent Experience & Recruitment Efficiency Coalition Executive Team to ensure individual and team success. Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • 4 year degree or 12+ years of related work experience.
  • Desired experience in Business Transformation, Project/Program/Product Management, Strategic Change Management, Communications.β€― Staffing Industry .β€―Β 

Skills/Abilities:

  • Robust depth of knowledge of recruiting industry practices.β€―β€―Β 
  • Experienced at working with both traditional and alternate delivery models.β€―Β 
  • Prior experience in working across Allegis Operating Companies is desired.β€―β€―Β 
  • Self-starter able to navigate ambiguous environments.β€―β€―Β 
  • Skilled in problem-solving and the ability to handle a backlog of issues efficiently.β€―β€―Β 
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking skills including critical thinking and creativityβ€―Β 
  • Able to challenge assumptions and foster dialogue to create an environment of collaboration.β€―Β 
  • Embodies strong leadership qualities in working with varying roles in the organization.β€―β€―Β

Salary Range:
  • $113,200-$169,800
  • The position is bonus eligible

Office Requirements:

  • Candidates local to the Maryland area are expected in office 2-3 days per week

  • Open to remote candidates
