The VP Product Management will oversee the Subscriber Management System, ensuring seamless integration and operation of Prudential contracted services. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and providing training to ensure system efficiency and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns LPL Operations with supporting manufacturer affiliated businesses.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the Subscriber Management System, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing any issues promptly.
Troubleshooting: Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve system issues, working closely with technical teams to implement effective solutions.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance system performance and user experience.
Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for users, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize the system effectively.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles to manage product development and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and adaptability to changing needs.
Requirements:
Bachelorβs degree in a related field
7-10+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, program & project management
5+ years of developing, cultivating, and leading strong, high-performing product teams in an agile environment
Experience interacting with senior leaders, including developing, presenting, and gaining approval on any business cases and funding requests
Experience working in a cross-functional team and drive outcomes without having direct authority
Preferences:
Experience in developing Help Experiences and Knowledge Management Systems
Agile and/or SAFe trainings and certifications.
Knowledge of UI/UX fundamental principles.
Experience in financial services or related FinTech firm
