As the primary Client interface and service solution architect, this position is responsible for driving the operational performance of the business, aligned to the clients SLAβs and overall customer experience. Β Working cross functionally and with senior level client contacts, this position will develop and deliver innovative service and commercial solutions that drive value across the core forward/reverse logistics and test/repair based supply chain.Β Β
