Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Program Manager, PMO based at our Greenville, NC location. 

  

What you will do: 

• Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and templates to drive consistency and efficiency across all projects.
• Oversee and prioritize the organization’s project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Execute critical divisional projects while supporting internal teams with tailored project management expertise.
• Provide stakeholders with regular project updates, performance metrics, and actionable KPIs to guide decision-making.
• Conduct audits to evaluate project health, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain adherence to project standards.

What you will need: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Economics required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in project/program management, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Certifications: Lean/Six Sigma tools and PMI or equivalent certifications preferred.

Skills, Experience & Abilities       

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting with strong P&L interpretation skills.
• Proven success in managing virtual and matrixed teams across multiple geographies.
• Expertise in driving behavioral change and embedding project management best practices.
• Experience leading scope and assessment sessions and translating them into actionable projects.
